Nykaa had launched early this year it’s very own liquid lipstick range. The launch was pretty exciting if you follow them on instagram. They were giving us teasers about the shades & even asked us to select the kind of packaging we wanted. These are priced somewhere in between . Does have a good shade range.
The shades are named after indian cities and the packaging synced with it too! A lot of thought and creativity has gone into designing the packaging.
The actual tube of the lipstick is very basic. It’s small, sleek & black . It has a window on all sides through which you can see the exact shade of lipstick. This is very handy when you have way too many lipstick shades in your stash. It’s sturdy & very travel friendly.
PRICE : Rs 550
QTY : 4.5 gms
Shades Available : 18
was launched earlier in 10 shades

And again they addd 8 new shades 🙂 Sundari Maithili Rukmini Kashi Janhvi 23 Kufri 21 Kaveri 20 Urja 24
Picked up the shade Madras Kaapi. Shade name & number is printed on the outer packaging as well as the actual tube of the lipstick. It’s a brown nude shade with hints of burnt rose in it.
The wand of the applicator is small and the sponge tip is pointed and slanted. This makes it easy to outline and gets to the corners of the lips. It has a well on both sides which holds a lot of product. A single dip contains enough product for multiple swipes on your lips.
Formula : It’s formulated in Italy. Has a light creamy texture. It takes around 5 mins to dry down & takes a bit longer to dry
in the corners of the lips. Has no shimmer or shine to it. It dries down to a matte finish. It does fade while eating & drinking. It does transfer. It does not stain the lips. Does not get patchy. The pigmentation is good. It does not clump or become tacky even when you apply more than one swipe.
